when will I receive my pattern?
Digital file delivery: Patterns are available to download immediately after payment processes.
when will I receive my package?
current production times:
handprinted bags: 1-2 weeks
fabric bags: 5 days
hand dyed skeins: 1-2 weeks
estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-10 business days
Canada: 5-15 business days
I do my best to meet shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them; once I hand off a package to the Post Office, it’s in their hands.

Your privacy is important to us! Payments are safe and secure and processed through Stripe or PayPal.
returns + exchanges:
Patterns: Patterns are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Physical products: Due to the nature of handmade-to-order, we cannot accept returns and exchanges at this time. However, if there are problems with your order or if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately upon delivery! My goal is always for you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we can make exceptions for returns or exchanges under certain circumstances. *Returns or exchanges will only be considered when we are contacted within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the order is not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.* Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.
