  • Are you a brick-and-morter shop owner? We would love to stock your store with our one-of-a-kind handmade products! Many of our project bags, tools, and fiber collections are available for wholesale. Please contact me above if you are interested in receiving our Wholesale Catalog for 2022.

  • Each item comes beautifully packaged and ready to gift. See examples below.

    If you are sending a gift directly to a loved one, please send me a message after placing your order if you’d like to include a note or special instructions.

  • INSTANT PATTERN DELIVERY: Your digital patterns will be available to download immediately after the payment processes (usually within a few seconds or minutes.) They will also be emailed to you.

  • PATTERN ACCESS: Your patterns are available to download immediately after the payment processes (usually within a few seconds or minutes.)

    DOWNLOAD PATTERNS UPON ORDERING: Your patterns are available to download on our website after your order is confirmed on the order confirmation page.

    CHECK EMAIL FOR DOWNLOAD LINK: PATTERN DELIVERY: We will send you an email confirmation with a link where you can access and download your pattern files.

    SAVE PATTERN FILES: Be sure to save your pattern files as the link will expire after 24 hours.

    HELP FINDING EMAIL: If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam folder and allow up to 3 minutes for it to come through.

    CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES: This is the time it takes to make your items and prepare your order for shipment.

    Sending happy mail to you and your loved ones is one of my favorite parts of running my shop!   • RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

    Patterns: Patterns are unable to be returned or exchanged. But please reach out if you have any questions or issues. Knit or crochet support comes with each pattern. :)

    Physical products: Due to the nature of handmade-to-order, we cannot accept returns and exchanges at this time. However, if there are problems with your order or if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately upon delivery! My goal is always for you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we can make exceptions for returns or exchanges under certain circumstances. *Returns or exchanges will only be considered when we are contacted within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the order is not returned in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.* Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.

    CANCELATIONS: We cannot accept cancellations at this time.
